By participating in the Ikaria Dance Festival, you agree to the
following terms and conditions:
1. Cancellation Policy
We have a No Refund policy. All payments made for participation
in the Ikaria Dance Festival are non-refundable. Please ensure
you are fully committed before completing your registration.
However, Ikaria Dance Festival has the right to cancel the event
in case for reasons beyond their power the event cannot take
place (vis absoluta). In such a case, the participants will
receive a refund for their payments of their festival fees.
2.Health and Safety
Participants are solely responsible for their own health and
safety throughout the festival. As adults, you are expected to
take necessary precautions to avoid injuries. Ikaria Dance
Festival and Aiorisis Dance School are not responsible for any
health-related issues or injuries that may occur during festival
activities.
3.Liability
Ikaria Dance Festival and Aiorisis Dance School accept no
liability for any incidents, damages, or losses that may occur
during transportation, accommodation, or festival activities.
Participants are advised to exercise caution and make informed
decisions during their stay.
4.Insurance
Ikaria Dance Festival and Aiorisis Dance School accept no
liability for any incidents, damages, or losses that may occur
during transportation, accommodation, or festival activities.
Participants are advised to exercise caution and make informed
decisions during their stay.
5.Photo and Video Release/p>
By attending the Ikaria Dance Festival, you will be asked to
sign a consent form in order to grant Ikaria Dance Festival and
Aiorisis Dance School full permission to capture and use
photographs and video recordings of you for future online,
social media, printed press, promotional, and marketing
materials without any financial or other compensation. If you do
not sign the consent form pictures and videos will be taken of
you, however any material produced for marketing reasons shall
not disclose your personal data (face).
6.Accommodation Issues
The festival is only responsible for connecting participants
with local accommodations. Any issues or disputes regarding
accommodation should be addressed directly with the
accommodation provider. Ikaria Dance Festival and Aiorisis Dance
School are not liable for any problems that may arise.
7.Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The website, including but not limited to its programming,
editing, compilation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, is
the exclusive property of Ikaria Dance Festival and its
co-founders: Marianna Varviani & Foteini Kardakou, where
applicable, is used under license or with express authorization
from the respective authors. All content on this website is
protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations
and is registered in the corresponding public registries. Any
reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, or
commercialization of the website’s content—whether in part or in
full—for any purpose requires prior written authorization from
Ikaria Dance Festival. Unauthorized use constitutes a serious
violation of intellectual and industrial property rights.
Content, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics that do not
belong to Ikaria Dance Festival or to Aiorisis Dance School but
may appear on the website remain the property of their
respective owners, who are responsible for any potential
disputes arising from their use. Ikaria Dance Festival and/or
Aiorisis Dance Schol expressly authorizes third parties to:

The recognition of intellectual and industrial property rights
